Advance Reservations before Public On-Sale
Group Sales guests may place a group reservation sometimes MONTHS before tickets go on sale to the general public. This service guarantees prime seating to the event of your choosing!
Prime Seats at a Discounted Rate
Your group will receive special discounts that are not available to the general public, and will be able to take advantage of preferred seating sections.

For most events, a group is classified as 20 or more tickets, but this number can vary depending on the event.There are multiple ways to order Group Tickets at SevenVenues. Choose the best method to fit your needs!
How to Order Group Tickets (back to top)
Individual Group Orders
Placing a one-time order is the best method for groups who are interested in buying tickets for just one event, and want to sit as close together as possible. Using this method, your organization chooses one person to act as a representative for your group. This person then organizes your ticket order directly with our Box Office. They are then responsible for delivering the payment to the Box Office, as well as distributing tickets. Using this method, there will be a $5 processing fee.
Group Sales Accounts
We have a great online system that works well for groups that want to purchase tickets regularly for different events (corporations, non-profits, employees, military, etc.). Using this system, we create a separate account for each group with their own username and password, which will be provided by our Group Sales Accounts Manager. With this system, the individual buyer will purchase the ticket with their own credit card, so the group leader will not be responsible for managing the money! Also, when using the online system the computer can monitor how many tickets are being sold to each event. Using this system, your groups will also receive email notifications, newsletters, posters, and brochures about discounts and upcoming events on a regular basis.

Forms of payment accepted are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), company checks made payable to “Scope Promotions,” and cash. For groups purchasing tickets with the “Traditional Method,” a 25% deposit is required, with the full amount to be paid in full 10 business days prior to the event.
- Increases in the number of individuals in a group will be accepted as long as tickets are available. Every attempt will be made to locate those seats as close to the original seats as possible, but there are no guarantees.
- All sales are final after a payment is made.
- Tickets can be mailed upon request. Tickets will be made up until 10 days prior to an event, after which will be available at the box office “Will Call” window.
- A $5 processing fee will be added to groups needing to make payments placing a one-time order.
