5th Annual Teen Culture Fest
1:00pm - 8:00pm. The Norfolk Teen Culture Fest brings teens together in a positive environment to learn about the different cultures in Norfolk and the surrounding cities through activities, entertainment, and conversation. The event is free, and all teens between the ages of thirteen through nineteen are invited. Teens will enjoy cultural music, food, dance and performances.
