HARBOR PARK
The Norfolk Tides have announced the parking strategy and free public transit options available to Tides fans for the 2025 season. With limited parking available due to casino construction, fans are encouraged to take FREE Hampton Roads Transit’s ferry and The Tide light rail services. HARRISON OPERA HOUSE
On-site parking is available at the Opera House for $10 per vehicle.
SCOPE ARENA & CHRYSLER HALL
There are more than 3,500 parking spaces available to patrons of Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall. However, during large or multiple events, the Scope Garage fills quickly, so arriving at least an hour early is recommended.
In the event the parking garage reaches capacity, there are many nearby options available:

**Entry to the MacArthur Center North Garage after 6 p.m. is $2.00. Prior to 6 p.m., the special event rate is $10.00 for entry.
Scope and Chrysler Hall are also easily accessible via light rail. The Monticello Station, servicing these venues, is located in the center of Monticello Avenue near Charlotte Street and Freemason Street in front of the Wells Fargo Center.
Accessible parking in the Scope Garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When the garage is full, cars will be directed to the Bank Street garage after dropping off patrons with disabilities.
Please also be advised that the left hand turn lane into the Scope Garage from St. Paul’s Boulevard is blocked off several hours before large events.
