I heard my favorite artist will be performing; why isn’t this event listed on SevenVenues.com? Why is the on sale and ticket pricing information not listed either?

Upcoming events are not listed on SevenVenues.com until they are 100% confirmed. If you hear of an event coming to SevenVenues and the event is not yet listed on our website, this event is not yet confirmed and any pertinent event details (on-sale date, ticket pricing information, etc.) are not available at that time.

Where can I purchase tickets?

The Scope Arena box office is staffed Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to assist with your ticket purchases. Individuals interested in purchasing tickets online can do so at Ticketmaster.com.

How do I download my tickets?

SevenVenues utilizes mobile tickets for all eligible shows. With mobile entry, patrons can only access their tickets on their phones via the Ticketmaster app. For the continued safety of patrons, tickets can only be scanned from the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet. Patrons can no longer utilize Ticketmaster.com to scan into a performance.

What time do doors open for a show or game?

Doors open an hour before show time for all events unless otherwise indicated. Doors open for Stage Left Lounge ticket holders an hour and a half before show time.

I lost something at one of your events.

During intermission or after the event, please alert an usher if you have lost an item. If you are no longer at the venue, please call 757.664.6464 during business hours to check lost & found.

Does SevenVenues have a dress code?

Although there is no official dress code at SevenVenues, we encourage patrons to dress appropriately based on the event they are attending. Our patrons typically dress in smart casual attire.

Where can I park and how much is parking?

Each venue has ample parking available. Rates depend on where events are being held. For more information on parking, see the Directions & Parking page.

Is it free to park if I am just coming to purchase tickets?

Yes. If you are coming to purchase tickets from one of our box offices, it is free to park. The box office attendant will validate your parking pass if necessary.
